What is required for a minimum Sublimated Gear Order?

A minimum of 6 pieces is required for all sublimated orders.
For Example: Coach Jones would like to design and order 6 pair of fight shorts, this order meets the minimum required quantity. Orders can be placed below the minimum, but would not get team pricing barring special circumstances.

What is required for a minimum Screenprinting order?

A minimum of 10 pieces of the same design and color are required as a minimum order.
For example: Coach Jones wants to order and uses the same design on tees, dry fits, and hoodies. His order contains 3 tees, 4 dry fits and 3 hoodies to meet the required 10 piece minimum.

What is required for a minimum Embroidery order?

A minimum of 10 pieces is required for all Embroidery orders. The customer will incur the cost for digitizing logos and text for multiple locations.

Is there a minimum required for re-orders?

A minimum of 6 of the same sublimated product is required for any RE-ORDER. A minimum of 10 items of the same print is required for screen-printed orders of any kind.

How long will it take to receive my items after my invoice is paid?

ADDIX takes pride in the fact that we have the quickest turnaround time in the industry. We are currently running at a standard turnaround of 6 business days from the day your order is paid for to the day it delivers, with the exception of online store orders with bundling which take 9 business days, and hats which take 8 business days.

Once your order is paid for, your Account Manager will update you on the exact date you can expect your order to arrive. Rush production orders are subject to additional charges which will vary based on order complexity, logistics, and other factors that may be outside of our control.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

What are my payment options?

At this time we accept payment for orders by check and major credit card. We also accept school purchase orders in which payment is required when the order is received. 

What if I have a player added to my team?

For any ADD ON order, an order placed in the same season of the same design, ADDIX will produce your order as needed.

Refund Policy

Since every product we make is completely custom, ADDIX has a no refund policy on any sublimated, screen printed or embroidered items.

Do You Accept Pickups For Retail Orders?

No. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of our workers all orders must be shipped out. We appreciate all of you in the West Michigan area ordering locally from us, and can’t wait to bring back pickups as an option in the future.
