Steve is a 30+ year veteran of the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry. He has held Sr. Executive positions with Fortune 500 companies Con-way Transportation and Ryder Logistics and most recently was Executive Vice-President for a portfolio member of Apollo – a New York based private equity firm. His responsibilities have included Marketing, Business Development, Transportation Operations, Engineering and Customer Service. Steve has previously served on the boards of UShip, TMSA and the University of Miami (FL) School of Engineering.
His role at Addix is to oversee the development of future business plans and strategies, to lead and support the implementation of LEAN initiatives and to lead the focus on growth plans for contract manufacturing and multi-channel retail. Steve is a former Boy Scout leader, youth football coach and youth baseball / football / basketball / softball / cheerleading league President. He was President of MYWAY for the first 3 years of the leagues existence. Steve studied Business Communications at the University of Michigan. He and his wife Jill reside in Jacksonville, FL. He has 2 sons – Fraser and Logan and a daughter Giorgi, all residing in Michigan.
