Return Policy
For team orders, since every product we make is completely custom, Addix has a strict no refund policy on any sublimated, screen printed or embroidered items. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm sizing, artwork, and any custom names or numbers. When you approve the quote and artwork you are approving that the final proof you are given is what you want.
All of our products are handmade in our production facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Although we work very hard to eliminate mistakes, sometimes they happen. If you believe we have made an error with your order we will do everything in our power to correct it.
For retail orders, all products are made custom to order. Cancellations on retail orders will not be accepted unless requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds will generally be issued in the same method and currency of payment as the original payment, but we may choose at our sole discretion, to issue refunds in another form as we deem appropriate.
