From customer service ,to the company doing everything in their power to make sure the shipment gets where it needs to go .. And any coach knows to collect money from parents and to get uniforms before a tournament takes a while.. So shipments and Making sure uniforms are done correct are crucial!! And every year there has not been one mistake and I’ve always had my uniforms on time.. Every year I get the most complements from every team we play about our uniforms ..I recommend them to any coach out here.. I will be definitely be using them for the next 5 years to come!! We had some last minute changes on our baseball team due to Covid concerns, so we had to add a couple players. Therefore, we had to get new jerseys instead of using last years (last year's supplier has a factory in El Salvador that still is closed and could not give us a time frame to add jerseys). I sent an inquiry on Sunday evening, 6/7, after seeing Addix 3 day turn around and putting together a jersey in CUB on their website. I got a response from Brian on Monday morning. I was able to get him a spreadsheet of player's names and numbers by noon on Monday. His art department cleaned up my design and our order was submitted for production. My jerseys shipped on 6/10 and arrived by noon in Iowa on 6/11. Our team was able to play in them on 6/11. All jerseys fit to size. Thank you!

Addix Gear came through in spades for the Queen's Habour Charity Golf event, raising money for the Kid's Sailing club, this past Monday October 14th. We emailed over a basic design with logo idea, and Addix was able to come up with a variety of options for us to choose from. We made the logo and shirt choice and had the delivery just a few days later. The golf tournament was a total success, definitely in part to Addix helping make all of the volunteers look sharp! A huge thanks to Steve Dean and crew, and we will be reaching out soon for the next even we have here in Queen's Harbour, here in Jacksonville, FL.

I coach a high school Esports club/team. We were hung out to dry by a big name company that was piling fees on top of more fees. We have to raise all funds ourselves, so this was a big issue for our club. Another club mentioned Addix, and it being local to Michigan is a big deal for us! Addix puts out high quality baseball jerseys. The customer service is the best I have ever had. Last year one of the salesmen meet my half from there shop in Michigan (I live in Indiana) to deliver the jerseys because we had a game that day. I put them under a time crunch and they deliver on time. This year I need a set of 3 jerseys for a new kid on the team. I ordered the jerseys on Monday and they were at my house on Friday. Liz is a great lady to work with. Very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend to all to use Addix for your uniform needs.
